The Children’s Show Makes Its Manhattan Debut

A New Frontier for International Children’s Fashion.

The realm of children’s fashion has a new event with the highly anticipated launch of The Children’s Show, the international trade show dedicated to the industry, on February 11 and 12. The event will take place in a prestigious location in the heart of Manhattan, at 417 5th Avenue.

Organized by IEG USA, the U.S. branch of Italian Exhibition Group SpA, the Children’s Show is a must-attend event for companies specializing in children’s apparel. Show Director Virginia Zingone’s vision has shaped an event that will bring together 60 of the world’s leading international companies in the children’s fashion industry.

The Children’s Show will comprehensively cover all product categories within the industry, from infant to teen styles, from ceremonial wear to denim, footwear, gifts, resort collections, jewellery and swimwear. This exclusive showcase will attract buyers from the most prestigious boutiques and leading department stores in the United States.

Renowned global brands such as Simonetta, Caffè D’Orzo, Monnalisa, Trussardi, John Richmond, Maison Ava, Twinset, Colmar, Naturino, Geox and many others will participate in the first edition of the Children’s Show.

The event will kick off with a runway show and a grand opening ceremony on February 11 to make the occasion even more memorable.

EMI Ente Moda Italia will be the exclusive point of reference for the participation of Italian companies in this new trade fair. Created in collaboration with the Centro di Firenze per la Moda Italiana and Sistema Moda Italia, EMI promotes and enhances Made in Italy by organizing the participation of Italian companies in major fashion events around the world, including Moscow, New York, Seoul, Almaty, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

Asepri will represent Spanish children’s fashion companies, The Great Event Show will oversee the footwear section and Mubri World will act as representative for jewellery companies.

Beyond being a fashion spectacle, the Children’s Show is committed to sustainability. Decorative elements will be reused and recycled in each subsequent edition, and collaborations with local event industry companies and partners who share the same eco-friendly design approach will be prioritized.

The event is organized by IEG USA, the U.S. subsidiary of Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A., a publicly traded company on Euronext Milan with over 50 years of experience organizing trade shows in eight countries. Innovation and networking are our key business assets, providing tangible business opportunities locally and internationally.

The key figures behind this new event include Tommaso Cancellara, CEO of IEG USA, Francesco Santa, Chairman of IEG USA, Laura Ponzoni, International Business Development Manager, and Virginia Zingone, Show Director of the event.
