• Seattle-based Greensource, the ninth largest designer and manufacturer of organic cotton apparel in the world, has opened a New York office and showroom for sales of its affordable organic apparel. The office will be led by Brady Hill, vice president of sales, formerly located in Bentonville, AR. In line with the company’s philosophy, the new space features eco-friendly bamboo floors, LED and natural lighting, and a Forest Stewardship Council–certified wood conference table and chairs.

Greensource reported a 21 percent increase over the previous year’s sales in the first quarter, largely due to its value-priced organic denim and T-shirt offerings, which sell through stores such as through Walmart, Kmart and Kohl’s. Visit www.greensourceorganic.com.
