Mud Pie Offers Support as Retailers Reopen
New products will be introduced with virtual road appointments and digital showroom experiences.
From reorders to adjusted shipping dates and payment terms, gift company Mud Pie has been doing everything it can to support its retailers over the past two months.
Most recently, as stores are beginning to reopen, Mud Pie has created a Reopening Toolkit for customers, filled with tips and templates for email marketing, social media and merchandising. Mud Pie is also committed to launching thousands of new products for the Fall and Holiday season through its new Digital Showroom Experience.
“The Holidays won’t be canceled, so we’ve launched our Fall and Holiday 2020 collections on schedule, with over 2000 new items,” says Fred Pannek, president of Mud Pie, noting the company’s strong supply chain will allow them to ship fall introductions in late June.
Mud Pie will debut its Digital Showroom on June 22, offering a variety of display videos and product information filmed in Mud Pie’s expansive Atlanta Showroom. The platform will also offer virtual events to keep retailers inspired and connected during this challenging time. Mud Pie will additionally be attending the Dallas, Atlanta and Las Vegas gift shows for in-person appointments.
“We are here and available to connect with retailers, however they feel most comfortable,” says Pannek, mentioning OneCoast Mud Pie Division territory managers will continue to assist retailers, both in person and virtually. “We’re in this together.”
