Vancouver-based boys’ brand Knuckleheads Clothing has extended its sizing beyond infant to 8 years with two new lines: one for preemies up to 8 pounds, and one for ages 8 to 14 (with adult sizes also available).
“The [bigger] line is exactly the same as our children’s line, just larger,” said brand founder Melissa Nash. “We chose our favorite and most popular items for the line.” The entire Fall ’09 collection revolves around a ’50s motorcycle theme, with a distressed leather jacket lined in buffalo plaid, cardigan sweaters and rockabilly-style shirts.
In addition, the brand has signed pro skater Benji Galloway as a sponsor, who Nash views as a great role model for Knuckleheads kids. Call (360) 696-9744 or visit www.knuckleheadsclothing.com.
