The Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association opened an office in Washington, D.C. Managing Director of Public and Government Affairs Julie Vallese and Director of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs Mark Fellin will lead the D.C. branch of the Philadelphia-based trade association.
