Health and Safety Protocols at Playtime & Kid’s Hub New York

An update from Playtime regarding health and safety protocols for upcoming shows.

Dear Friends,

We are so excited to welcome you to Playtime & Kid’s Hub New York, after great success at our last edition in August 2021 and at Playtime Paris in January!

Given the varying Covid regulations, here is everything you need to know about the Covid protocols that will be in place at Playtime & Kid’s Hub
New York.

To comply with New York City’s rules, proof of vaccination with a form of ID will need to be shown by every guest at the entrance to the show. If a guest is unvaccinated, a doctor’s note and a negative Covid test are required.

The Covid test can be an antigen test (taken within 24 hours) or a PCR test (taken within 48 hours). If a guest has recently had Covid and therefore cannot get a vaccine, a doctor’s note and negative test are required.

Children ages 5-12 must show proof of at least one dose of an approved Covid-19 vaccine, and any guest over 12 years old must show proof of at least two doses (except those who have received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine).

Masks are recommended, but will not be mandatory.

Our venue, The Metropolitan Pavilion, will sanitize the event space every 30 minutes, including frequently touched surfaces like door handles. Wall mounted hand sanitizers are available in all restrooms and at the entrance lobbies.

When possible, it is recommended guests maintain 6 feet of distance from one another.

Find more details of the protocols at our venue here.

We apologize for the difficulties and thank you for your understanding.

We can’t wait to come together to do business in person again, and to see you in Wonderland February 13-15!

See you soon!
