Halo SleepSack Wearable Blankets Recalled Due to Choking Hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Halo Innovations of Minnetonka, MN, have issued a voluntary recall of the Halo SleepSack wearable blankets with pink satin flowers. The recall affects about 27,000 sleep sacks. Petals from the floral embellishment on the blankets can detach, posing a choking hazard to infants. The firm has received six reports of the petals detaching from the blankets, including one report of an infant found gagging on a detached petal.
