Fresh Finds: Oli & Carol

The brainchild of Olimpia and Carolina, two sisters from Barcelona, Oli & Carol launched in the U.S. in Spring ’15 with the goal of giving modern parents a bright, design-conscious toy alternative to mass produced products. Offering a range of natural latex baby toys, including teethers, bath toys and decorative pieces, each object is inspired by retro designs from the ’60s and ’70s. (Think beetle cars, origami boats and spotted ducks.) Wholesale prices range from $5.50 to $18 for the handmade toys, which are all made using 100-percent pure latex from Hevea trees.
