FAM Brands Acquire La Vie Jet Setter

FAM Brands, licensee of labels The Limited and Eddie Bauer, has acquired infant, girls and women’s brand, La Vie Jet Setter. Designed by Dela Emami, the collection features tongue-in-cheek tops, dresses, sweatshirts and sweatpants with themes like “H is for Heiress” and “Jet Setter.” FAM Brands Owner and CEO Frank Zarabi says the deal is a perfect fit for his company’s portfolio, adding, “It strengthens our offering in a vital area, childrenswear, and broadens our representation across the price spectrum.”
