Dickies expands for Spring ’11 with takedowns from classic adult products, added color options and more gender-specific silhouettes. Now available in 16 colors, the girls’ polos feature a shortened sleeve, smaller collar, narrow fit and a smaller placket, while the boy’s polo features new sizing, broken out by preschool, youth and adult. All girls’ pants are now made of a softer fabric with greater stretch. The brand also introduced a takedown of its classic Eisenhower jacket and of its iconic 874 work pant, for both genders. Even with all of the updates, some things never change: Look for the usual stain release, wrinkle resistance, flex-waists and extendable hems for which the brand is known.
