Jo Sheratt, founder and designer of Country Kids Legwear, creates funky socks and tights meant to grab attention. Now with her new apparel offshoot, Scoochie Ltd., she’s creating clothing to complement the hosiery. Clean and simple pieces—including solid-colored fleece jumper dresses in nine colors that pair with solid and striped tops and turtlenecks—follow Country Kids’ seasonal palette and highlight the patterns. For Spring ’11, look for the addition of cotton knit jumpers with pocket and ruffle details. The apparel fits toddlers to 6X and wholesales for $7.50 to $15. —Leslie Shiers
