Tutu Moi all started with a mommy-and-me ballet class. The owner’s 2-year-old daughter insisted on keeping the girly skirt on at the playground, the grocery store and everywhere else she went. This penchant for tutus inspired the idea to design one both fashionable and wearable for everyday. Delicate pink petals and glittery hot pink and blue roses adorn the new collection, which includes bubble skirts, soft tulle tutus and dresses. Tutu Moi’s Spring ’11 collection is available in sizes 3 to 10. Wholesale prices range from $18 to $55.
