First Show of the Summer to Debut Record Number of Expanded Showrooms and Support of Main Street Retail
DALLAS – May 21, 2024 – The first U.S. market of the summer, Total Home & Gift Market (June 19-25, TEMPS 19-22), will feature a record-breaking number of expanded exhibitors debuting new spaces. In addition, the market center will show its support for independent retail via an exclusive partnership with the non-profit organization Heart on Main Street.
In the Temps at Total Home & Gift Market, hundreds of new and seasoned exhibitors will showcase products across five neighborhoods of the marketplace. Highlights include a new location for curated design resources on the 11th floor, an expanded Gift selection on the 12th floor, the addition of tabletop to the Trade Mart 1 Pavilion, more fashion accessories on WTC 13, and the return of GO TEXAN together with Immediate Goods in Market Hall.
Supporting independent retail and in partnership with Heart on Main Street, the atrium will be transformed into a Main Street experience, beginning with a heart-shaped entryway leading to four artistically rendered retail storefronts. The retail experiences will include a florist, gift store, women’s boutique, and home décor store, each stocked with merchandise from Dallas Market Center exhibitors. The messaging will be clear: the Dallas marketplace supports independent retail and the mission of Heart on Main Street. Adjacent to the storefronts will be an opportunity to donate to Heart on Main Street to support independent retail.
“We can’t wait for exhibitors and buyers, attending from coast-to-coast, to see everything in store for the first Market of the season!” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “Our Heart on Main Street activation is a special way to support small businesses on Main Streets across the country.”
