Brand Central Appoints New EVP

Andrew Lelchuk has been named the executive vice president of business development and marketing for Brand Central. Lelchuk will be in charge of marketing and generating business for the agency. Brand Central’s clients include Kellogg’s, Snapple and Keebler.
