Beatles Celebrate Milestone with New Products

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Beatles’ first album, and 45th of the release of animated film The Yellow Submarine, Live Nation Merchandise announced new products for the Fab Four. K’Nex will debut a series of buildable figures and a set inspired by the movie that will add to the Beatles Yellow Submarine building set line. Factory Entertainment is also teaming up with Live Nation to produce several commemorative items, such as retro lunchboxes featuring original 1960s artwork, action figures and coin banks. “The Beatles changed the face of music and created a timeless legacy that spans generations,” says Jordan Schwartz, president and CEO of Factory Entertainment. “Five decades after they began, The Beatles are as popular as ever and there is considerable global interest in Beatles merchandise from consumers of all ages.”
