All Baby & Child, Inc., the San Antonio-based parent company of the ABC Kids Expo, has announced that the first day of its 2009 edition will be dedicated exclusively to brick-and-mortar specialty store retailers. The following three days of the show will be open to all retail buyers.

The company noted this decision will help promote a more rewarding show experience as well as sustained growth among all of its industry partners. All Baby & Child’s mission is to advance partnerships between independent specialty stores and the manufacturers who support them, and the board of directors believes the change in the show admittance police will benefit the industry as a whole. The first day admission policy will be strictly enforced.
