Kohl’s Adds Princess Vera Wang
For the 2012 back-to-school shopping season, Kohl’s and Vera Wang Group will launch Princess Vera Wang, a juniors’ contemporary lifestyle collection. The first collection, set to hit store in August, will include apparel and jewelry. Plans to grow the juniors’ line into other categories are in the works.

Children’s Apparel Expected to Lead Holiday Apparel Sales
Children’s clothing, along with high-end designer wear, is expected to lead apparel sales this holiday season, according to industry research firm IBISWorld. After a strong Black Friday and Cyber Monday, overall holiday spending is expected to increase 3.3 percent from 2010 to $64.3 billion, with clothing purchases expected to increase 3.4 percent, totaling $8.5 billion.
