An Evening of Delivering Good Raises a Record $2.1 Million

More than 500 guest gathered at Cipriani 42nd Street on November 2, 2022, to celebrate the work of Delivering Good and to recognize four outstanding honorees from the fashion, finance, and sports industries. Thanks to generous guests and event sponsors, the event raised a record amount, more than $2.1 million in support of Delivering Good’s work connecting excess new merchandise with people facing poverty and disaster.

The event recognized four honorees for their contributions to business innovation and philanthropy: Steve Sadove, Retired Chairman & CEO, Saks, Inc. was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award, Todd Kahn, CEO & Brand President, Coach received the Vanguard Award, the Impact Award was given to Nicole Pullen Ross, Partner, NY Private Wealth Management Region Head, Head of Sports & Entertainment Solutions Goldman Sachs, and Tackle Tomorrow received the Innovation Award which was accepted by founder and five-time Super Bowl Champion, Charles Haley and Board Chair, Clifford Fischer.

Hosted by Ken Downing, the program also included remarks by Delivering Good President & CEO, Matthew Fasciano, Board Chair, Andrea Weiss and event co-chair, Joe Abruzzo. Musical guests, Brooklyn United Music & Arts Program and The Sons of Serendip entertained our guests as they enjoyed cocktails, dinner, a live appeal, and an exciting live auction featuring a once-in-a-lifetime Dallas Cowboys game day experience that went for $20,000 and a week’s stay at the exclusive Casa Sybil in the Dominican Republic that went for $10,000.

The evening also included a video showcasing Delivering Good’s work, and special guest speakers from two of our community partners who shared personal stories of how the products they receive from Delivering Good are helping people in their communities.
