The toy label expands digital reach with a 10-episode web series.
Partnering with Nelvana Enterprises, International children’s toy company ORB is launching a 10-episode web series focusing on the popular Soft’n Slo Squishies line. The digital shorts are part of ORB’s strategy to expand the Soft’n Slo Squishies into new product areas, says Mitra Rad, Brand Manager at ORB.
“We are very excited to share this digital series and showcase Soft’n Slo Squishies in an entirely new way,” Rad says. “From licensing to broader line extensions, this is just one of the many ways that we will be expanding the Soft’n Slo Squishies brand over the next year.”
The first three episodes of the YouTube series will premiere March 30 at 9 a.m. EST on the Treehouse Direct YouTube channel, with a new episode released each week. Each funny short aims at making kids laugh with episode titles like “Work it Squishies,” “Squishies Dares” and “Runway Cutie.” Later videos will debut on other popular kids YouTube channels.
