Five children’s companies were awarded Baby + Child Best New Product Awards in connection with the 2013 Summer NY Now show (formerly the New York International Gift Fair) held from Aug. 17-21 in Manhattan. Honorees include: Box Play for Kids LLC’s recycled crafter stickers (Best Toy); Tree by Kerri Lee’s Christmas keepsake (Best Décor); 3 Sprouts’ stroller organizer (Best Gear); Electrik Kidz’s Mermaid night gown (Best Apparel); and Mimish’s storage beanbag (Blogger’s Best). A panel of industry insiders including Earnshaw’s Editor in Chief Audrey Goodson Kingo judged more than 70 products.
