The last thing a new mom needs while nursing is a wardrobe malfunction. Founder of Undercover Mama, Elisa Op’t Hof wanted to find a solution for breastfeeding moms that is comfortable and effective. “After my baby was born, I wanted to wear regular clothes again, the problem I faced was exposing my belly when I nursed. I wanted something to cover my skin but didn’t want to deal with more clasps or flaps,” she said. Undercover Mama is designed to work with a woman’s regular wardrobe. The undershirt hooks onto the flap of a nursing bra to allow easy unhooking, while keeping mom covered. Made from cotton and spandex, the undershirts are available in sizes Small to 2X and retail for $25. Colors include black, white, cream and brown.
