Target is considering opening its first stores outside of the United States, according to a story that appeared last week in The Wall Street Journal. The publication reports that representatives from the Minneapolis-based discount retailer met with Canadian developers at a recent shopping center trade show in Toronto, and it is said that Target may be planning to add up to 200 stores north of the border.
