Aeropostale Launches Marvel Superheroes Collection

Children’s chain P.S. from Aeropostale, owned by Aeropostale Inc., will offer an exclusive collection of Marvel superheroes merchandise beginning this month. The collection will include T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts emblazoned with Spider-Man, Iron Man, Thor and other Marvel characters and will be bolstered with a marketing and promotional campaign, including in-store displays and social media outreach. Additional apparel and accessories will come out to coincide with Marvel’s summer release of The Avengers movie. The collection is part of Aeropostale’s efforts to boost the brand, after the company saw its stock lose more than half its value this year.
