LIMA Elects New Executive Committee, Board Members

Three of the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association’s (LIMA) board members have been selected for new executive committee positions, while five new members were elected to its board of directors. The appointments were determined via votes by LIMA members and their posts will run from July 1 through June 30, 2013.

Taking on new executive committee positions are:

~ Christina Miller, SVP of Cartoon Network Enterprises, who moves from vice chair to chairwoman

~ Maura Regan, VP and GM of Global Consumer Products for Sesame Workshop, who was named vice chairperson, and

~ Stu Seltzer, partner at Marketing on Demand, who is the new executive committee liaison to the board of directors.

Joining the LIMA board are:

~ Peter Boder, founder and CEO of United Labels AG in Germany

~ Liz Kalodner, EVP and GM of CBS Consumer Products

~ Bettina Koeckler, SVP of licensing for Chorion UK

~ Charles Schnaid, senior partner at Head Royalty Compliance Group, Miller, Kaplan, Arase & Co., and

~ Kotaro Sunamori, president of SUN R&P Co. in Japan.

“Under our board’s direction, LIMA has made great strides in the last year to enhance member services and raise the visibility of our industry in the U.S. and around the world,” said LIMA president Charles Riotto. “We look forward to continued growth and exciting new initiatives under the leadership of our incoming executive committee and board, and we thank our outgoing members for their service to our industry.” Bernie Leifer of SG Footwear, Marilu Corpus of CLICK!
