MTV Networks International (MTVNI) has tapped former Disney Consumer Products (DCP) exec Michael Connolly as its senior vice president of consumer products. Connolly takes over from Jean Philippe Randisi, former senior vice president and managing director of NCP International, who left the company some weeks ago.

ABC on Track for Sold-Out Show
The ABC Show will host approximately 3,650 booths in 1 million square feet of exhibit space at its upcoming show, running Oct. 10-13 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Show management reports that retailer pre-registrations are nearly 15 percent ahead of last year's, and they are expecting a record number of international attendees.
